PURPOSE:To form a unit frame having dimensional stability at low cost, to reduce labor for fixing it, and to facilitate incorporation of units around a drum, by constituting right and left layout base in one body consisting of seats for fixing a photoreceptor and each copying process unit to the metallic base. CONSTITUTION:The frame units 2 around the drum incorporated in the frame of the apparatus are composed of the right and left layout base plates 23, 24 for fixing the photoreceptor and each copying process unit, and beams 21, 22 for connecting them. The seats 23b, 24b for the bearing of the photoreceptor, and the seat for fixing each process unit is formed in one body with a thermoplastic resin on each metallic base 23a, 24a of the base plates 23, 24. Therefore, fixing of the photoreceptor, etc. does not require much labor and many parts, dimensional accuracy is enhanced, elastic installation is executed, electrical insulation is perfect, because of using the resin and vibration accompanied by the rotation of the photoreceptor is little transmitted also by the use of the resin. |
