PURPOSE:To obtain always equal exhaust pulsatory effect and improve engine performance by gathering rear parts of front and rear exhaust pipes and connecting them to an exhaust collection chamber. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas, produced in front and rear cylinder blocks 2, 3 through operation of an engine E, passes through front ane rear exhaust pipes 16, 17 of about the equal length and about the same shape with each other, and joins in an exhaust collection chamber 18 to be combusted there again. Subsequently, the exhaut gas is discharged into the air through an exhaust muffler 19. In this case, since front and rear exhaust pipes 16, 17 are formed about equal in the length and about same in the shape with each other, the exhaust pulsatory effect which is always about equal can be obtained in exhaust systems joining front and rear cylinder blocks due to the exhaust flowing in said exhaust pipes. |
