Transportable cooking apparatus comprising a frame (10) of sheet metal or cast-iron, a charcoal hearth (13), a boiler (19) and an oven (20). The boiler (19) is arranged in a chamber (14) which is provided with a dividing wall (21) to separate it from the hearth (13). Openings and a space (33) are provided in said dividing wall (21), respectively around the boiler (19) so that the content of the latter is simultaneously heated by conduction through the dividing wall (21) and by convection of hot air from the hearth (13) traversing said opening and circulating within said space (33). The oven (20) is also provided with a dividing wall (22) to separate it from the hearth (13) so as to be heated by conduction through said wall. |
