PURPOSE:To enhance the heat resistance, mechanical strength, and adhesion of a laminate resin tube by a method in which a curable expanded urethane resin is sprayed on the cylindrical layer of a non-expandible resin containing fibers and expanded and hardened, while part of the hardened surface is cut off, and a fiber and a curable resin are further supplied and contacted with the surface. CONSTITUTION:A releasing agent is coated on the inner surface of a cylinder 1, glass fiber mat 12 is supplied and uniformly contacted with the inner surface, and a curable polyester resin 13 is flowed, uniformly impregnated into the glass fibers, and hardened to form a cylindrical form. A curable urethane resin 15 is then sprayed onto the polyester resin layer, a paper 16 is placed on the resin 15 to cover the surface, and the paper is pushed in such a way as to equalize the layer of the urethane resin with respect the thickness. The urethane resin is expanded, part of the inside of the resin is cut off to remove the surface skin of the urethane resin. Fibers and the curable resin are further supplied and contacted with the surface of the expanded urethane resin 15 containing a surface formed by cutting to form a polyester resin layer containing glass fibers. A laminate-layer tube having a high strength, a high heat resistance, and a high adhesion can thus be obtained. |
