In a centrifugal pump (1) with a split-cage magnetic clutch (3), a diverted part-flow (22) is provided for lubricating and/or cooling the bearings and for cooling the magnetic clutch. The centrifugal pump here has at least one slip ring (11) arranged on the delivery side, and the inlet (20) for the diverted part-flow (22) is arranged at a point of elevated delivery pressure of the pump (1). According to the invention, the inlet of the diverted part-flow (22) is situated within the annular region of the slip ring (11) arranged on the delivery side.
