The adjusting device for ski bindings consists of a base plate to which the ski including binding and boot is fixed and to which a heel ejector for the front release and at least one boot-tip ejector for the torsion release are fastened. The cost of the hydraulics can be considerably reduced, and at the same time the inaccurate force measurement when determining the torsion release value can be replaced by the more reliable torque measurement, if the device is provided with a rotary plate in the heel area of the boot, which rotary plate carries both the heel ejector and the boot-tip ejector and can be lifted by a hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the heel release value and can be rotated in both directions about a perpendicular axis by the same hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the torsion release value. To this end, the hydraulic cylinder can be pivoted over an angular range of at least 180 DEG about an axis of rotation parallel to the longitudinal axis of the ski in a plane intersecting the longitudinal axis of the ski at right angles. Its piston rod is connected to the rotary plate via a ball-and-socket joint.
