<p>The reinforced concrete floor panels (1) are spaced in horizontal positions. They are supported by square or rectangular hollow metal box sections (2,4), acting as coupling columns. The square sections are manufactured integral to and at the corners of the panels and have the same height as the panel thickness. Square hollow coupling box sections (4) are dimensioned to be a close fit inside similar sections (3). The inner sections (4) protrude sufficiently high above the panels to form coupling supports for further square sections (2) to be inserted, and act as spacers to provide for different floor levels construction. These further sections (2) are secured by spotwelding.</p> |
