In an electrical connecting terminal (1) for printed-circuit boards (2), having a terminal housing (3) consisting of insulating material, a metallic conductor connecting body (4) arranged in the terminal housing (3), and a printed-circuit board connecting pin (5) which is electrically connected to the conductor connecting body (4), in which the terminal housing (3) has a head region (6) with the conductor connecting body (4) and a foot region (7) with the printed-circuit board connecting pin (5), and the conductor connecting body (4) is accessible via access openings (8) in the terminal housing (3), the functions of an electrical connecting terminal can be linked to the functions of a bushing terminal if the central plane (12) of the terminal housing (3) is offset in the head region (6) with respect to the central plane (13) of the terminal housing (3) in the foot region (7). This ensures that the terminal housing (3) projects sufficiently laterally beyond the printed-circuit board (2) in the head region (6), and can be inserted through an opening (10) in a housing wall (11). <IMAGE>
