The container has a locking mechanism with a series of ring units(30). The ring units consist of inner and outer rings(31, 32), which may be securely set in any of a number of relative positions with each other to allow the user to arbitrarily change the combination of the lock. The inner and outer rings fit together securely by forming the outside of the inner ring(32) in a regular polygonal shape and forming in the outer ring(31) a corresponding polygonal step(33) that engages with the inner ring. On the upper surface of the inner ring are a number of recesses opening at the inner edge and radial projections located at predetermined intervals to provide reactions and sounds for camouflage so as to prevent a third party from releasing the lock of the container.
