CONSTITUTION:Retainer bases 12 formed in a U-shape are arranged so that their open sides (recessed sides) are faced to each other and their bottom faces are fixed to the upper face of a heat insulating material groove 3' with an adhesive agent, etc. A convex retainer 10 is arranged in the installation gap between the retainer bases 12, and both side lugs 10' of said convex retainer 10 are slidably coupled with open grooves 12' of the U-shaped retainer base 12. An inverted T- shaped clearance 13 is formed from above to the inside of the convex retainer 10, the tip side of an L-shaped tongue 14 is inserted and arranged in the inverted T-shaped clearance 13 of said convex retainer 10, a membrane 15 is fixed to its vertical section, thus forming an anchor structure of a tank bottom with the membrane 15 being horizontally mounted on the retainer 10 and retainer base 12.</p> |
