PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a memory for reading, by using a sensor capable of reading nondestructively at a photoelectric converting part for detection of a distance to be measured. CONSTITUTION:Electric charge is accumulated at an equivalent cpapcitor Cf of an SIT sensor in accordance with the light amount made incident to the photoelectric converting part of a distance measuring apparatus. If a reading signal is impressed to a word wire 115 to turn on a transistor Q1, the voltage V(t) of the capacitor Cf is read on a bit wire 112. Even if the transistor Q1 is turned on, the potential of the capacitor Cf is not varied. On the other hand, if a transistor Q2 for elimination is turned on, the electric charge of the capacitor Cf is eliminated. |
