PURPOSE:To use waste heat in a boiler efficiently and to save power consumption, by detecting the temperature in the boiler by a temperature sensor, and controlling the driving of a circulating pump. CONSTITUTION:The circulating pump 3 is set up in a hot water circulating circuit consisting of a hot water boiler 1 and a radiator 5 to circulate hot water for heating. At the driving of the circulating pump 3, a temperature sensor 7 detets the hot water temperature of the boiler 1, and when the temperature reaches the set temperature suitable for heating, a controller 6 is actuated to drive the circulating pump 3. Even if the boiler 1 stops running at night or the like, the circulating pump 3 is run during the period waste heat more than the set temperature remains in the boiler 1 to use the waste heat for heating. During the running of the pump 3, the number of revolution of a motor is changed by phase control and the flow rate of the hot water is adjusted.
