PURPOSE:To fix the difference between positive and negatie voltage values with a constant current, by connecting the output circuit of a controllable AC power supply device to that of a controllable DC constant voltage device in series through a load and applying the negative feedback to the AC power supply device by an AC output current to control the device. CONSTITUTION:DC power applied to input terminals 10a, 10b is converted into AC power with required voltage and frequency by the controllable AC power supply device 11 and the converted AC power is outputted from output terminals. The DC constant voltage device 12 outputs DC power having required voltage. The AC and DC outputs are connected in series and superposed electric power is supplied to a load 13. Even if the impedance or the like of the load 13 is changed, the negative feedback of the AC power supply device 11 is controlled by an AC current detector 14 and an AC controlling device 21. Even if the voltage of the load 13 is changed, each voltage is fixed by controlling each power supply device by detectors 14, 16 and the difference between the positive and negative voltage values is kept constant in spite of the variation of the load 13. |
