The opener is composed of an operating part (10) and a handle part (30) adjoining the latter. The operating part (10) has three operational regions. The first operational region (14) is composed of a bent extension (12) with a spike (13) and is used to open vacuum screw caps. The second operational region (15) includes a hole (16) with two rows (17, 18) of serrations and is suitable for opening bottle screw caps.
