PURPOSE:To provide a base material with resistance to epoxy resin adhesion, by using a copolymer of a polymerizable compound containing perfluoroalkyl groups and a compound copolymerizable therewith as anti-adhesion agent. CONSTITUTION:An anti-adhesion agent for epoxy resins which comprises a copolymer composed of a polymerizable compound (A) containing 4-21C perfluoroalkyl groups and a compound (B) copolymerizable with the compound A wherein 90wt%>A>=80wt% and 10wt%<B<=20wt%. To provide a base material with the resistance to epoxy resin adhesion by using this anti-adhesion agent, the above copolymer is dispersed in water or dissolved in an organic solvent, the obtained dispersion of solution is applied to the base material, and then the water or organic solvent is removed by drying. By employing this anti-adhesion agent, for example, the adhesion of an excessive amount of an epoxy resin to a lead wire can be prevented when applying an epoxy resin on the surface of a capacitor.
