PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition capable of reducing a number of the processing operation, and forming a positive image which is processed with an alkaline developer by incorporating a polymer which contains the specific structural unit shown by the formula, and is connected each structural unit with the siloxane binding, to the titled composition. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition is composed of the polymer which contains the structural unit shown by formula I or II, and is connected each structural units with the siloxane binding. In the formula, R1, R2, R8 and R9 may be the same or the different with each other, and are each hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, etc., R3, R4 and R10 may be the same or the different with each other, and are each hydrogen atom, 1-10C an unsubstd. or a substd. alkyl group, etc., R5-R7, R11, R12 and R13 may be each the same or the different with each other, and are each hydrogen atom or nitro group, etc. |
