PURPOSE:To eliminate pulsation and permit to discharge a constant flow amount at all times by a method wherein either one of both idling wheels is contacted closely with a rotor main body at all times to permit to flow pressure fluid into an enclosed chamber and discharge it by rotating the rotor while the rotation is connected to a constant speed rotation control device. CONSTITUTION:In the constant flow amount device 1a, first chamber 9a and second chamber 9b are shut by either one of the idling wheels 10, 11 and the rotor 7. When the pressure fluid enters into an inflow port 12, it enters into the first chamber 9a in a clearance chamber 9, enters into the enclosed chamber 8, rotates the rotor clockwise by pushing a vane 6, is introduced into the second chamber 9b and is discharged through a discharging port 13. In this case, the constant speed rotation control device is connected to the main shaft 7c of the rotor 7, therefore, the rotor 7 is rotated in a constant speed without any relation to the flow amount of the pressure fluid entering thereinto and, as a result, the fluid, constant in the flow amount thereof and having no pulsation, may be discharged with a pressure from the enclosed chamber 8 to the discharging port 13. |
