<p>A three-dimensional circuit structure (1, 2, 3) suited for a routing type electronic switcher matrix, (Fig. 8) for analog or digital signals, in which internal wire interconnections are not required. Plural parallel-disposed zero-insertion-force connectors (7-7<n>, 27-27<n>, 17-17<n>, 23-23<n>) are orthogonally related on opposite sides of mother-boards (4, 5) that divide tiers (1, 2, 3) in the structure. Selected conductive pins (in areas 40, 57 to 60, 62 and 65) of the connectors are electrically connected to make necessary interconnections. Printed circuit cards (8-8<n>, 18-18<n>, 28-28<n>) are inserted in the zero-insertion-force connectors (7-7<n>, 27-27<n>, 17-17<n>, 23-23<n>n) for carrying a large plurality of solid-state, or equivalent, cross points (70) and are inter-connected by the selected conductive pins (70).</p> |
