PURPOSE:To rationalize the formation of a report, by attaching a data code to input data to store the input data, reporting the input data together with the data code and forming a report table with a report code. CONSTITUTION:A mode switch on a keyboard 2 is set up to a setting mode and each input data are provided with a data code by using a setting key at the input and stored in an input data table R2 in an RAM16 by the indication of a CPU15. Subsequently, a report is formed by combining data together with a data code and stored in a report table R3 of the RAM16 together with a report code put on each report. When a required report is designated and inputted by the report code after switching the mode to the report mode, the combination of corresponding data codes is read out and input data corresponding to the data code are read out, displayed on an amount display device 10 and printed out on a printer 12. Thus, the table consisting of only the required data is easily formed. |
