PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal increasing of drum level by a method wherein there is arranged an air bypass passage ranging from an outlet of a compressor to an outlet of turbine and the temperature of gas flowing into the heat exchanger is decreased. CONSTITUTION:A generator 5 is operated by a gas turbine 4, steam is generated by a drum 8 by the discharged gas through a heat exchanger 7 and then a generator 11 is operated by a steam turbine 10. A damper 101 is arranged in an air bypass passage 100 ranging from an outlet of a compressor 2 to an outlet of the gas turbine 4. The bypass air is blown into the discharged gas chimney passage 6 in response to a water level in the drum 8 under a control of subtractor 111 and a controller 113. In this way, a gas temperature at the inlet part of the heat exchanger 7 can be adjusted and an abnormal increasing of water level in the drum 8 can be prevented. |
