PURPOSE:To reduce the titled device at its size, by arranging one driving roll and two driven rolls triangularly and carrying a small piece of paper by two belts put on the external of said rolls and two holding rolls to read out the contents of the paper by a magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:A motor 54 is driven and a driving roll 64 is rotated by unshown pulley and belt. The driving roll 64 and the two driven rolls 60, 61 are arranged triangularly and two belts 67 are put on the external of these rolls. The holding rolls 56, 57 are fitted to the almost lower side of the driven rolls 60, 61 and puts a small piece of paper, a ticket e.g., carried from the direction shown by an arrow together with the belt 67 to carry the ticket. Subsequently, data from a magnetic stripe on the ticket or the like are read out by a reading head 68 set up between the two belts 67. Thus, the carrying means is simplified and the device can be reduced at its size. |
