PURPOSE:To reduce and to enhance working efficiency, by attaching a drilling mechanism provided with a drill, etc. to a turning mechanism so that the travelling and positioning of the drilling mechanism may be rapidly made. CONSTITUTION:Installation is made such that the center of the inner circumferential wall surface 2 of a heavy structure is made coincident with the center of a post (not shown). A drilling mechanism 5 travels along a jig 7 and comes to a stop when an electromagnet 15 is positioned in the vicinity of an inner peripheral wall surface 2. Then, the mechanism 5 is manually adjusted to a predetermined height. By energizing the magnet while rotating handles 20a, 20b, 20c, a drill 11 is finely moved back and forth, left and right, and up and down, thereby the precise centering of the drill may be made. |
