PURPOSE:To conduct exactly measurement and control of temperature, by connecting a lead wire fixed to a temperature-detecting element, with a metallic interrupting terminal, and fixing integrally a contact plate and the interrupting terminal to one common elastic insulating supporter. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting element 1 is adhesively attached to the inner face of the projecting part 5 of a contact plate 4 with the use of a thermoresistant adhesive 3 and is fixed to an elastic insulating supporter 6. A superfine lead wire 2 is connected by welding or soldering between the temperature detecting element 1 and an interrupting terminal 14, and then the interrupting terminal 14 is fixed so that the elastic insulating supporter 6 is held between the contact plate 4 and the interrupting terminal 14. Further, for the purpose of electrical conduction from the interrupting terminal 14 to external instrument or controller, an electric wire 16 is connected by welding or soldering. |
