PURPOSE:To attain dynamically priority processing in a communication controller handling versatile communication, by setting a means for detecting and reporting the change in a line to a memory storing line information. CONSTITUTION:A line control memory 1 has a part 1-1 where various attributes of each line are written in by software and a part 1-2 where the designation of cue to be reported at the production of line change is written. The memory 1 is scanned in time division by a scanner 2, the state of a line corresponding to the memory 1 is monitored at each scanning, and if the line change continues for a time designated with the attribute of line, the corresponding line number is loaded to queues SSRQ-0-4. The software executes the processing with priority according to plural queues. |
