Synergistic herbicidal compns. are given, contg. 5-(n-phenylcarbamoylamino)-1,2,3-thiadiazole and a di-ph ether I (X=Cl, methyl, trfluoromethyl; Y=H, lower alkoxyethoxy, ethoxyethoxy, methoxycarbonyl; n=1˜3). Thus, a compn. contg. I and 5-(N-phenylcarbamoylamino)-1,2,3 ! -thiadiazole synergistically controlled Eschinochloa crus-galli, Monochoria vaginalis, Rhotola indica, and other weeds.
