PURPOSE:To latch an asynchronous external signal and shape the waveform in a very high speed, by making the first and the second inverting amplifiers different from each other in logical threshold. CONSTITUTION:The first gate circuit 1 to which an external signal VIN is read by the first clock signal phi1, the first inverting amplifier 12 which shapes the waveform of the output of the first gate circuit 1, and the second inverting amplifier 13 which has a logical threshold different from that of the first inverting amplifier 12 and shapes the waveform of the output of the first inverting amplifier 12 are provided. A latch circuit is constituted with a feedback circuit 14, which feeds back a part of the output of the second inverting amplifier 13 to the input of the first inverting amplifier 12, and the third gate circuit 5 which sends the output of the second inverting amplifier 13 to an internal circuit 6, and the external signal is not only latched but also has the waveform shaped in a high speed. |
