PURPOSE:To realize the application of memory cards of different access times, by controlling a timing selecting circuit from the packing state information on the memories of different access times obtaind by an access address and a mode register. CONSTITUTION:The output of packing state information on the memories of different access times is produced via a mode register 1 and a decoder 2 and impressed to a timing selecting circuit 4. At the same time, different addresses are also impressed to the circuit 4 from address input lines 5 and 6 in accordance with memory cards of different timings. A logical gate, etc. of the circuit 4 are controlled by those inputs, and different timings are selected by a timing generating circuit 3. Thus it is possible to select the timing in response to the access time of a memory card. This ensures a mixed application of memory cards of different access times. |
