PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive compsn. improved in photosensitivity, by incorporating a photosensitive azido compd. and a polymer capable of being optically hardened or insolubilized in solvents by this compd. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive compsn. contains at least one of photosensitive azido compds. represented by formulae I , II, and III, A being a substituent represented by formula IV or V, and a compd. capable of being optically hardened or insolubilized in solvents. Said photosensitive azido compd. is a novel compd. and obtained by condensing azidobenzaldehyde or azidocinnamaldehyde with indene or fluorene series hydrocarbons. Said usable polymer is as follows: Phenolic resin, natural rubber, cyclized natural rubber, polybutadiene, polystyrene, cyclized polyisobutyrene, etc. |
