PURPOSE:To improve the effect of covering by daubing an accumulation of coal or the like in open-air storage with covering paint which has viscosity adjusted to a predetermined value up to the thickness equivalent to a predetermined quantity of said paint per 1m<2>. CONSTITUTION:After adjusting viscosity of covering paint belonging to water emulsion family or the like, and turning insoluble in wafer after being dried up, to 5-500 centipoise, said paint is daubed up to the thickness equivalent to the consumption rate of 1-5kg/m<2>. Due to this structure, thin, uniform and continuous film, in a sense, remarkably waterproof, dustproof and oxidation preventive covering is formed on the surface layer of the accumulation in open-air storage, and the effect of covering can be improved. |
