PURPOSE:To readily and accurately form the width of a gap by enabling to adjust the size of the gap between the toothed part of a stator core in a linear step and the toothed part of a slider piece. CONSTITUTION:A housing 1 which holds the toothed part 2a of a stator core 2 to be capable of being exposed, and a carrier 7 which holds a slider piece 11 having a toothed part opposed to the toothed part 2a are provided. Any of the stator core 2 or the slider piece 11 is secured directly to the housing 1 or the carrier 7, while the other of them is secured through an adhesive resin filling layer 16 to the housing 1 or the carrier 7. In this manner, the thickness of the layer 16 is adjusted before the resin is hardened, thereby adjusting the size of the gap between the toothed part 2a and the toothed part of the piece 11. |
