FAT-DISAFFINITY PROCESSING LIQUID FOR PRINTING

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent fat-disaffinity processing liquid for offset printing by employing harmless substance alone as component, elminating ferrocyanide compound and ferricyanide compound posing pollution problems while deteriorat by heating and light. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of an inositol hexalinic acid ester metal salt or alkali metal is blended with 1-20pts.wt. of a water soluble fluoride (e.g. sodium fluoride), 10-100pts.wt. of alkali metal salt of dicarbonic acid (e.g. sodium malonate) and 10-100pts.wt. of alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid (e.g. sodium phosphate). The pH value of the aqueous solution thus obtained is held within the range of 4-5 to obtain a desired fat-disaffinity processing liquid for printing.
