PURPOSE:To improve the heat discharge efficiency of the heat pipe and to reduce the number of materials required for forming the pipe by a method wherein the fixing pitch of fins attached to an upper auxiliary pipe is made larger than that of fins attached to a lower main pipe. CONSTITUTION:In case where the height (h) of the fin 4 is 80mm. and if the fixing pitch A of the fin 4 on the main pipe 1 housing therein an operating liquid and a heater is 5mm. and the fixing pitch B of the fin on the upper auxiliary pipe 2 is 7.5mm., it is possible to improve the heat discharge efficiency of the heat pipe by 7% higher than when the fixing pitch is 5mm.. Further, as the number of the fins can be reduced in the above manner, it is made possible to provide the heat pipe at low cost. |
