摘要 PURPOSE:To strengthen adhesive power of an index phosphor stripe without forming a noise source by performing baking after soaking the phosphor stripe formed by a photoprinting method in an inorganic solvent. CONSTITUTION:In a phosphor screen of a beam index type color picture tube, black stripes 2 and a three primary color phosphor stripe group 3 are formed inside of a face plate 1 of a glass panel. And further, an Al film 4 forming a metal backing layer is made to adhere by a vacuum evaporation method or the like. Next, a phosphor stripe for generating index light (index stripe) 5 is formed on the Al film 4 by a photoprinting method. Subsequently, the plate 1 is soaked in an inorganic adhesive solvent. Thereafter, a useless organic component produced as a result of the photoprinting method is removed by performing baking.
