Main components of new adhesive are alkyl 2-cyano-acryl-ate having ether bond such as alkyloxyalkyl 2-cyanoacrylate or tetrahydrofuryl 2-cyanoacrylate. Its general formula is CH2=C(CN)-COO-R-O-R1, where R= C2-C4 alkylene radical, and R1=C2-C6 alkyl group. The adhesive composition has moisture of 300-2000 ppm, radical polymerization inhibitor and anionic polymerization inhibitor. Composition of anionic polymerization inhibitor (SO2, SO3, NO, NO2, H3PO4, alkyl-sulfonic acid, etc.)is 1-10,000ppm; and that of radical polymerization inhibitor (phenol, cresol, hydroquinone, etc.) is 1-10,000ppm.
