PURPOSE:To reduce the manhours of manufacture as well as to contrive improvement in reliability of the titled winding by a method wherein a plurality of stages of a disc-like coil, which constitutes an interlayer winding, is formed by jointlessly winding said coil conductor between stages. CONSTITUTION:The first stage of a disc-shaped coil 7A is constituted by inserting the second wind-up coil 6C between the turns of the first wind-up coil 6A, and the second stage of a disc-shaped coil B is constituted by inserting the second wind-down coil 6D between the turns of the first wind-down coil 6B. The winding is constituted as above by piling up a plurality of sets of disc-shaped coils in sets of two stages. As the winding can be formed without connecting the coil conductors, the work of manufacture can be simplified, the cost can be cut down and, at the same time, it has the advantage wherein the reliability in insulation of the winding can be increased. |
