PURPOSE:To feed a thermally unstable sample, a hard to volatile sample or the like to an analyzer with a better reproducibility by gushing a liquid sample out of the tip of a capillary tube while an inert gas is jetted about the tip thereof to atomize the sample efficiently. CONSTITUTION:When an eluent E is introduced from a high speed liquid chromatograph column 12 to an ionization chamber 20 of an analyzer, especially a mass analyzer, the tip of a capillary tube 11 is opened on the opening of a heat colletor plate 22 fused on a heat insulation cylinder 21 to have an inert gas such as helium jetting about the opening of the tube 11 as a jet stream thereby enabling an efficient atomization thereof. The tube 11 is cooled with a cooling cylinder 23 and heated instantaneously with the heat collector plate. A pressure reduction is done in the interface 1 with a vacuum pump 32 while an introduction tube 30 is heated with a heater 31. This atomizes a thermally unstable sample or a hard to volatile sample with a better reducibility thereof preventing the clogging of the capillary tube 11 and the introduction tube 30. |
