PURPOSE:To facilitate fault searching, by collecting necessary history information right before stop condition and at other times. CONSTITUTION:When there is an indication from a logical circuit 50, writing to one address in one of storage circuits 11-14 specified by the 1st counter 1 is performed, and then the contents of the 1st counter 1 are updated. At other times, the writing to one of the storage circuits 11-14 specified by the 1st counter 1 is carried on until the logical circuit 50 sends a stop signal. If the logical circuit 50 detects a fault, etc., to sends the stop signal, the 2nd counter 3 stops counting and a decoder circuit 2 sends a signal of ''0'' to the storage circuits 11-14 to stop the writing. |
