摘要 |
PURPOSE:To reduce the floating capacitance while heightening the S/N ratio by housing a pyroelectric element array, a circuit for reading infrared signals sequentially and an infrared signal amplification circuit into one package. CONSTITUTION:An amplification circuit 35, a pyroelectric element array 32, a shift register 31 and an IC chip array having an FET array 33 in one chip are arranged in a package 36 and the pyroelectric element array 32 and the FET array 33 are connected together with a fine gold wire. An input terminal of the amplification circuit 35 is connected to an unified output terminal of the FET array 33 while a signal output terminal (output terminal of a preamplifier 34) 41 and a power source terminal 42 are outside the package 36. This can reduce the floating capacitance while heightening the S/N ratio. |
