发明名称 METHOD FOR SEPARATING TRIVALENT CHROMIUM WITH CHELATE RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To recover and remove easily trivalent chromium ions contained in waste water, etc., by bringing a solution containing the trivalent chromium ions into contact with a chelate resin containing hydrazide groups, and adsorbing and separating the trivalent chromium ions. CONSTITUTION:A chelate resin having hydrazine groups is prepared by treating a copolymer of acrylic acid and a copolymerizable monomer with hydrazine or treating a copolymer of maleic anhydride and a vinyl monomer with the hydrazine, etc. A solution containing trivalent chromium ions, e.g. a treated solution of a waste water from chromium plating factories, is brought into contact with the resultant chelate resin to adsorb and remove the trivalent chromium ions on the resin for removal. The resin adsorbing the trivalent chromium ions is brought into contact with an aqueous solution of an alkali or acid to elute and recover the adsorbed trivalent chromium ions.
