PURPOSE:To prevent the snow fall onto the photo receiving surface of a power generator by a method wherein the power generator is automatically inclined or reversed upside down against snow fall. CONSTITUTION:A detector 4 detects the conditions of snow fall, i.e., cloudiness (intensity of illumination) and temperature, and then transmits the detected signal thereof to a controller 5. The controller 5 impresses the current of a battery 3 on a motor 6 and thus reverses the power generator 2 so that the photo receiving and power generation surface turns downward. When snow fall stops, the detector 4 detects that the illumination becomes over the fixed value with sunshine, transmits the detected signal thereof to the controller 5, rotates the motor 6 to the reverse direction to before thereby, and then resets the photo receiving and power generation surface to the fixed original position. This enables to prevent the snow deposit on the photo receiving surface at the time of snow fall and accordingly perform power generation automatically in accordance with sunshine. |
