PULLEY TYPE CABLE TREATMENT

PURPOSE:To facilitate the following of the action of a driver along with a simple construction by arranging a pulley adapted to allow free delivery of a cable connected to a probe driver to eliminate the human intervention in the cable treatment. CONSTITUTION:A cable 2 connected to a driver 1 passes through a fixed pulley 3 provided at the upper end of a rail 5 with a support plate 4. This cable 2 passes through a mobile pulley 7 moving on a guide pole 8 supported with supports 10 and 11 mounted on a shield wall 14 of a nuclear reactor near a pressure vessel thereof, temporarily fastened on a fixed pulley 12 mounted at the upper end of said wall 14 with a fixing base 13 and then, connected to an equipment. As the driver 1 moves on the rail 5 for automatic flaw inspection of the pressure vessel of a nuclear reactor, the cable 2 is pulled simultaneously. Since the cable 2 is temporarily fixed on the fixed pulley 12, a force intended to feed a necessary length works on the pulley 7 to move it on the guide pole 8 whereby the cable is delivered by the necessary length.
