PURPOSE:To eliminate permanent deformation of the edge part by reducing deformation of a lip part, by making cutting-in molding of a neck part of a rubber component into a wedge shape. CONSTITUTION:A rubber component 9 consists of a head part 9a and a lip part 9c which are connected through a neck part 9b with each other. Cutting-in forming the neck part 9b is made into a wedge shape whose angle is beta and rigidity of the lip part 9c is improved relatively. Thickness t2 of the edge part 9d of the edge of the lip part can be made large. With this construction, deformation of the lip part at the time of wiping is reduced and permanent deformation of the edgs part can be eliminated. Then, an oscillation of the lip part is reduced as the tip 9e and the bottom 9f touch each other extending over the whole areas of them. |
