发明名称 METHOD FOR FRACTIONATING AND RECOVERING VALUABLE METAL FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To fractionate and separate Mo<+6> and V<+5> ions in high purity, by passing a mixed aqueous solution of Mo<+6> with V<+5> through a column packed with an aminocarboxylic acid type chelate resin to adsorb selectively the Mo<+6> ions on the resin, and eluting the Mo<+6> ions therefrom. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution containing Mo<+6> ions and V<+5> ions, e.g. an aqueous solution obtained by leaching a used catalyst for deslfurizing heavy oil or preparing sulfuric acid with a mineral acid or an alkali, or an industrial waste water is passed through a column packed with an aminocarboxylic acid type chelate resin, e.g. an iminodiacetic acid resin of formula I or an N-[2-(2- pyridyl)ethyl]ethylenediamine-N,N'-diacetic acid resin of formula II, to adsorb only the Mo<+6> ions selectively on the resin and separate the V<+5> ions. The Mo<+6> ions are then eluted from the resin adsorbing the Mo<+6> ions to fractionate and recover the Mo<+6> ions and V<+5> ions.
