PURPOSE:To detect easily a flow rate on a basis of a deflection angle, by supporting freely rotatably a material where a member receiving a force in the direction orthogonal to the flow of a fluid is arranged symmetrically with respect to the rotation axis and connecting a member, which generates a restoring moment, to the axis. CONSTITUTION:Blades 2 and 2a upon which lift acts in the direction of an arrow B when the fluid is flowed in the direction of an arrow A are attached to a shaft 3 to constitute a blade composite body, and this blade composite body is supported freely rotatably by fulcrums 4 and 5. The blade composite body and one fulcrum are connected by a spring 6. When this material is fixed in a cylinder 7 and the fluid is flowed, the blade composite body is stopped at an angle where lift and the restoring moment due to the spring 6 are balanced. This angle is measured to operate a flow rate signal. |
