PURPOSE:To secure a function equivalent to the combination of a thermostat and a solenoid without using any electrical means by attracting a valve body with a magnet at a certain set temperature to open the flow path, and separating the magnet from the valve body at another set temperature to close the flow path. CONSTITUTION:At any temperature above a certain assigned temperature, bellows 24 is extended due to the expanding gas in it causing an arm 26 to turn counterclockwise, a ball body 21 is attracted up to a permanent magnet 28, and the opening 22 of a valve seat 19 to open. As the temperature is lowered, the bellows 24 is gradually constricted causing the arm 26 to turn clockwise, and therefore, since the pushing pressure of a coiled spring 23 exceeds the attracting force of the permanent magnet 28, the ball body 21 is pushed onto the opening 22 of the valve seat 19, instantly closing the opening. |
