PURPOSE:To permit smooth oil supply by fitting a bearing cylinder having an annular concave groove on the inner surface onto a hollow rotary shaft through bulge work, and forming, on said concave groove, an oil sink having a diameter larger than that of the annular groove appearing on the bearing cylinder during the above bulge work, and drilling an oil feeding hole on said concave groove. CONSTITUTION:When a bearing cylinder 11 having an annular groove 12 cut on the inner surface is fitted onto a hollow rotary shaft 1 through bulge work, annular grooves 4 are spontaneously formed on the both sides of the bearing cylinder 11 on the inner surface of the rotary shaft 1. The diameter of the oil sink groove 13 on the annular concave groove 12 on the inner surface of the rotary shaft 1 is made larger than that of the annular groove 4, and an oil feeding hole 3 which penetrates through the rotary shaft 1 and the bearing cylinder 11 is drilled onto the annular concave groove 12. The lubricating oil 8 supplied from an oil feeding hole 7 is collected comparatively in large amount into the oil sink groove 13 by a centrifugal force and supplied onto the outside surface of the bearing cylinder 11 from the oil feeding hole 3, so the bearing part can be lubricated smoothly with a small amount of lubricating oil 8. |
