PURPOSE:To lessen the amount of civil construction operations on site for shortening the period of construction of the titled device by a method in which a floating structure is built up in a manufacturing place different from the construction site and sewage treatment facilities are installed on the floating structure. CONSTITUTION:Concrete is placed into a steel shell-type framework 2 manufactured in a manufacturing place 1 different from the construction site to form a floating structure 4. The floating structure 4 is floated on water, remaining concrete is placed into the structure 4, and a sewage treatment equipment 8 is installed on the structure 4. A foundation mound 10 is formed on the seabed as a construction site, and the structure 4 is delivered on the mound 10 and settled there. Therefore, the amount of operations on site can be lessened and troubles to accompany with noise and scenery can be eliminated. |
