FIXING STRUCTURE OF HEATER CONTROL CABLE FOR CAR

PURPOSE:To fix a cable with good accuracy and ease by providing an outer shell of a heater control cable and a cable sheet mounted on a static member with recess-protrusion fitting portions corresponding to each other, the fitting portions being engaged and disengaged. CONSTITUTION:A heater control cable 20 comprises an inner cable 23 having a ring portion 22 at the forward end thereof to be engaged with a pin 21 of an operation lever 3a and an outer shell 24 for covering the inner cable 23 in such a manner as to slide in the sliding direction A, wherein the outer shell 24 has continuous recess-protrusion fitting portions 25 triangular in section at both sides thereof. A cable sheet 27 for fixing and supporting the outer shell 24 is formed on a base potion 2 to be integral therewith. The cable sheet 27 is provided with recess-protrusion fitting portions 28 opposed to each other with a fixed gap, which can be engaged with the recess-protrusion fitting portions 25 by pushing in the C direction on a plane B intersecting the sliding direction of the cable 23.
