摘要 PURPOSE:To easily prepare an electromagnetic clutch rotor with the high reliability for dimensional accuracy and strength further with the excellent rotary balance, by rotating a mold while the metal in a molten state having a magnetic characteristic is poured into the separable mold. CONSTITUTION:A clutch rotor 10 is rotatably supported through a ball bearing 4 onto the periphery of a cylindrically protruding part 3 protruded in the direction of a shaft from the main unit 1 of a compressor so as to involve the main shaft 2. To mold this rotor 10, a mold 6 consisting of separate molds is combined and rotated while pouring the molten metal into the mold 6. And the mold 6 is constituted by a pouring gate 611 and a tap hole part 612 of the molten metal, upper part 61 equipping an annular flange part 613 for forming the part of almost U-shaped section in the rotor 10, barrel part 62 equipping a part 621 for forming a V-grooved part of the rotor 10, bottom part 63 equipping a plane part 631 for forming a frictional face of the rotor 10, and a base part 64 for molding an internal cylinder forcibly contacted to the bearing.
