PURPOSE:To improve the instaneous capacity without increasing the capacity of a capacitor, by providing the 1st and the 2nd DC power supplies, a power failure detector and a timer or the like to an AC power supply. CONSTITUTION:A relay controller is provided with the 1st DC power supply 14 having the capacitor 21 energized from the AC power supply 1 and the 2nd DC power supply 15, the power supply is applied from the power supply 14 to a main controller 7 for attaining a prescribed sequence control. Further, the power supply is applied from the power supply 15 to a relay driving device 18 to activate the device 18 with an output of a controller 7 and to detect a power failure at a power failure detector 16 energized from the power supply 14. An output of the detector 16 drives a timer 17 to inhibit the operation of the device 18 for a prescribed time after power failure. Moreover, the operation of the device 18 is inhibited with the timer 17 for a time or over when the voltage is restored to a voltage for the device 18 operated normally and the instaneous capacity is improved without increasing the apacity of the capacitor 21. |
